You're My Best Friend

I bought the girls matching pink LL Bean raincoats when they were 4 & 2.
 
I remembering my aunt telling me she would dress her girls in matching clothes, so they were easy to find when they were out and about.
 
I tracked those 2 pink raincoats through Disney World, The Port in Kennebunk, Maine, the Ocean City Boardwalk, the Dogwood Festival in town, and Playschool.
 
They were easy to spot because of their colors.
 
But also, because the girls were inseparable.
 
Two peas in a pod.
 
“Oh, you’re the best friend
That I ever had”
 
Living in their little world of imagination.
 
Sometimes I thought they had their own secret language -they just got each other!
 
You never saw one without the other.
 
Holding hands, giggling, and just being kids.
 
Childhood is bliss!
 
“Ooh, you’re my 
Best friend”
